With over two decades of experience across operations, marketing, HR and compliance, I bring a thoughtful blend of creativity, organisation and strategic insight to my role as Operations Manager at Home by Holly. Working behind the scenes across all areas of the business, I help shape the day-to-day rhythm of the agency while supporting our people, processes, compliance and brand. I love creating systems and experiences that feel considered, connected and true to the Home by Holly brand. Drawn to real estate through my love of homes, design and storytelling, I returned to Canberra 10 years ago after many years working with property brands in Sydney.
