Desktop Appraisal (Alberta Only)
There is no better way to determine the current market value of your home than with an appraisal by an accredited licensed appraiser. This is different than the “free market evaluation” offered by Realtors® which is why banks do not accept a market evaluation for financing purposes from a Realtor®, but only from a licensed appraiser.
Virtual Staging
If your home is vacant, we can stage it virtually which helps buyers picture what the home could look like furnished. For a mere $100, Virtual Staging is a fraction of the cost of actual staging which can often cost upwards of $3000/month.
